Our Wedding & Event Concierge service provides professional event-day support so you, your family, and your guests can focus on enjoying the celebration.
Think of us as an extra set of trusted hands on event day. We assist with guest guidance, vendor communication, décor placement, timeline reminders, and countless behind-the-scenes details that help keep your event running smoothly. Whether you're hosting a wedding, gala, corporate event, fundraiser, conference, or private celebration, our concierge team is there to support your vision and enhance the guest experience.

Please note: Wedding & Event Concierge services are designed to provide cost-conscious supplemental event-day assistance and are not intended to replace a wedding planner, event planner, venue coordinator, or day-of coordinator. Services do not include event planning, vendor booking, contract management, security services, venue management, or ceremony direction. Our role is to provide professional support and assistance within the scope of the services contracted.

Need an extra set of hands on event day? Our Wedding & Event Concierge Team can provide professional event-day support, assisting with pre-selected tasks and logistical details so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.
Throughout the planning process, we'll stay in touch to review details, answer questions, and ensure every element meets your expectations.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event date.
